By merging an ancient helmet and a musical note a new graphic for Choir Warriors was created. The note actually created a flourish or plume.

Research is the best part of designing. I had no idea ancient soldiers were calmed of their pre-battle nerves with singing choir members who walked ahead of columns of soldiers.
