Based on a tree on Highway 59, and an amazing quote from Anne Frank. Her image was digitally painted and merged in Adobe Photoshop. There was a tragedy in my community. I created this piece because I felt even after all of her own suffering, Anne Frank found hope.

When I was in 9th grade I was fortunate to visit the Anne Frank House in Amsterdam. I have been inspired by her ever since.
