About the Print
This print of Saint Nicholas is based on a photograph of a man taken at Western Minnesota Steam Threshers Reunion. When I saw him, I knew I wanted to make an image of Santa Claus—the real Santa Claus, Saint Nicholas. Paired with a quote from Saint Nicholas, the image and text come together to share the true gift of Christmas.

I’d always wanted to create a woodcut look in Adobe Illustrator, and after much exploration, I finally found it.
